Scott Miller received his Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego in 1988. He is currently Professor in Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M. His interests are in the areas of Signal processing techniques for improved receiver design in CDMA systems, Modulation and coding for narrowband wireless channels, and Efficient modulation and coding techniques for CDMA systems. He has published several papers in the IEEE Transactions of Communications as well as in other prestigious refereed journals and conference proceedings.
