Seating is limited and early registration is recommended. Enroll by fax (480 756 0595).

If your organization is being billed provide a PO number and name, phone, address of office handling the payment.

Group discount of 10% for organizations enrolling 3 or more in a single course. To get this discount individuals must register at the same time with a single payment (For large groups please call).

Registration deadlines are typed on registration forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations processed after the early registration deadline are subject to an administrative fee of $100

Cancellations can not be processed after the early registration deadlines. Participant substitutes may be made at anytime.

Cysip has the right to change instructors or cancel the program in the event of insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event Cysip cancels a course registrations are refunded in full but Cysip will not be responsible for travel expenses. Please  avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements until you confirm that courses have sufficient enrollment and will be offered.

Cysip is not  liable for any travel costs under any cancellation circumstances

No refunds will be processed for no shows ( people who do not attend and did not cancel).
